How do I return an item?
Return PolicyWe offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on all our products.
A restocking fee up to 20% may be applied to any item that you are returning to KTONIC, Inc. The restocking fee only applies to selected items, not all returned items would be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee is a percentage of the total purchase price of an item. All the refuse packages are subject to be charge 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with which you ordered the product, and you will receive notification once the transaction has occurred.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered you must contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace the item in a timely manner.
If the product has a manufacturing defect please let us know right away since you are entitled to a defect free product. We will identify the problem and send you a replacement. Do not attempt to fix the item yourself. You may cause unintended damage which will void the warranty.
We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do not accept returns without a RGA number as instructed below.

Return ProceduresComplete RGA Request form below within 15 days of receiving the product to get a RGA number. You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted merchandise. All returns must be in a fully resellable condition - including all packaging and package inserts. If in "open box" condition a repackaging fee may be assessed. You must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving the RGA number. Please DO NOT mail back the product without receiving a RGA number.
